Your privacy is important to us, and we are very careful with what we do with your information. This Privacy Policy details our respect of privacy to the visitors of our Sites. 

The www.benlawphotography.com website, and all of its sub-domains and affiliated sites, as well as Ben Law Photography, LLC’s (“Ben Law Photography”, “company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) messages, galleries, pages and accounts on social media apps, which includes but is not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc (the "Sites").

Your use of the Sites constitutes your agreement to all policies and practices. If you do not want to agree to be bound by these policies and practices, do not use our Sites.  

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, we may collect personally identifiable information including but not limited to:

  • First and Last Name

  • Mailing Address

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Employer

  • Occupation

  • Event Date

If you purchase the Company's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. 

  

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

The Company may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from the Company and its affiliates. 

Browsing

We automatically gather information to ensure the proper use of the Sites. This includes information such as your IP address, browser type, time and date of your visit, referring/exit pages, and computer operating system. This information may be logged for uses such as system administration, order verification, internal marketing, and system troubleshooting purposes.


Orders

So that we may process your orders we may collect your contact information, such as your name, email and mailing addresses, phone number billing and payment information (including but not limited to  credit card information), preference information (such as order history and email marketing preferences).

Any data you provide to us in an order form, invoice, or checkout, will be stored in the database until the expiration of the limitation picard for claims under the concluded contract. Each order is recorded separately in the database.

Contact Forms

We collect personal information from you via our contact forms, which allows us to fulfill your contract requests to us. By using these forms, you are releasing that information to us. The data provided to us by you in contact forms will be stored in the database indefinitely, or until otherwise removed after the limitation period for claims under any contract.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Your information may be shared with third parties only in the ways described here. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, nor do authorize any collection of visitors personal information by any third party for their use.

We may disclose your personal information to our subsidiaries and affiliates, contractors, service providers we use to support our business.

 

The Company may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (email, name, address, phone number) is transferred to the third party. The Company may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. Right to Deletion

CHILDREN UNDER THIRTEEN

Ben Law Photography does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use the Sites only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Should a child under 13 submit personal information to the Sites and we learn that the personal information is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. Opt Out and Unsubscribe from Third-Party Communications

We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users may opt out of receiving any or all communications from third-party partners of the Company by ‘unsubscribing’ (or taking similar action) on those sites, or contacting us via email at: hello@benlawphotography.com  

Email Communications

From time to time, the Company may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from the Company or click on a link therein.

External Data Storage Sites

We may store your data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

The Company reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. For example, when there are changes in our services, changes in our data protection practices, or changes in the law.
